Abstract
Clear cell sarcoma is a rare tumor of the kidney with a dismal prognos is occurring mostly in the pediatric population.(1,2) We report a case of metastatic clear cell sarcoma of the kidney in an adult, which res ponded to the chemotherapy regimen of ifosfamide, mesna and doxorubici n.
