Orthotopic neobladder creation using a variety of intestinal segments has become a standard method of urinary tract reconstruction after rad ical cystectomy. Complications of this procedure have been reported in up to 30% of patients.(1) Late complications include small bowel obst ruction, ureteroenteric stricture and stone formation.
