Gs. Popkirov, FAST TIME-RESOLVED ELECTROCHEMICAL IMPEDANCE SPECTROSCOPY FOR INVESTIGATIONS UNDER NONSTATIONARY CONDITIONS, Electrochimica acta, 41(7-8), 1996, pp. 1023-1027
A new experimental technique for fast electrochemical impedance spectr
oscopy (EIS), compatible with both the frequency domain and the time d
omain measurement techniques, is described. It can be successfully app
lied for time-resolved EIS measurements under nonstationary conditions
. Impedance spectra obtained in situ during the current relaxation in
a potential step experiment, using Pt electrode in Fe2+/Fe3+ redox ele
ctrolyte, are presented as an application example.
