Abstract
We describe the experimental setup at Centro Atomico Bariloche for the measurement of doubly differential electron distributions, in energy and angle of emission, induced by atomic collisions. We present detail ed information about the performance of the equipment including a disc ussion of instrumental effects that could have affected the measured s pectra.
