Abstract
The use of Henry's constants as an additional thermodynamic property, besides molecular weight and density, for the characterization of the C20+ heavy petroleum fraction is discussed. Experimental data for pure high molecular weight hydrocarbons of different classes and for a pet roleum fraction were determined and used for testing the procedure.
