Abstract
This paper describes a compact, built-in control system for keeping th e temperature of reference junctions of thermocouples used in on-line measurements at 45 degrees C. The system includes a small thermostatic control unit and a temperature controller circuit board. The temperat ure settles to within +/-0.5 degrees C in five minutes and is maintain ed to within +/-0.1 degrees C for one hour.
