Abstract
Problems related to the possibility of forming two-layer polymer-polym er composites by an electrodeposition method, such as selection of the components of an oligomeric system, preparation of an aqueous dispers ion, the electrodeposition process, and the formation of a layered str ucture, are discussed. Physicochemical and corrosion properties of two -layer coatings are compared with similar (by the nature of the film-f orming polymer and the thickness) one-layer anaphoretic and cataphoret ic coatings.
