Abstract
A method for estimating of the resistance of metals to stress-corrosio n cracking is described. Mathematical dependences for predicting the m echanical-corrosion properties of the metal in the biaxial stressed st ate from the results of uniaxial tests of steels for stress-corrosion cracking are obtained.
