Abstract
A study was carried out on the effect of temperature on the kinetic pr operties of lactic dehydrogenase from the skeletal muscle of the Antar ctic fish Notothenia gibberifrons. Energy of activation and Km(app) va lues for pyruvate were assayed at the interval of temperature from 0-2 5 degrees C.
