Abstract
The protein metastasin 1 (Mts1), involved in tumor metastasis, was sho wn (using coimmunoprecipitation, sucrose gradient ultracentrifugation, and binding assays) to form complexes with the heavy chain of nonmusc le myosin in vitro, whereby it may influence cell motility and thus th e processes of metastasis.
