Abstract
We derive the contribution of Delta-h excitations to quasielastic char ged-current neutrino-nucleus scattering in the framework of relativist ic mean-field theory. We discuss the effect of Delta production on the determination of the axial mass M(A) in neutrino scattering experimen ts.
