Sh. Kim et al., CT AND US FEATURES OF RENAL MATRIX STONES WITH CALCIFIED CENTER - CASE-REPORT, Journal of computer assisted tomography, 20(3), 1996, pp. 404-406
We report imaging findings of renal matrix stones in a patient with co
ngenital ureteropelvic junction obstruction associated with urinary tr
act infection. The stones were composed of a calcified center and a no
n-calcified peripheral matrix that was slightly high attenuated on CT
and nonshadowing on US.
