Abstract
Electrochemical detection for HPLC was first reported in the 1950s but did not receive much attention for commercial development despite sev eral advantages of the approach. Recently, an electrochemical system h as been introduced that permits sensitive qualitative and quantitative detection over a wide dynamic range.
