Abstract
The synthesis of new methoxy-enynylcarbene tungsten complexes has been achieved by direct activation of terminal and silylated 1,4-diyn-3-ol s. A preliminary study of their reactivities is reported, as well as t he preparation of the parent aminocarbene complex (CO)(5)W=C(NMe(2))(C H=CH-C=CH).
