Abstract
The catalytic domain of cellulase CelA, a family 8 glycohydrolase from C. thermocellum, has been crystallized in the orthorhombic space grou p P2(1)2(1)2(1) with unit cell dimensions a = 50.12 Angstrom, b = 63.5 2 Angstrom, c = 104.97 Angstrom. The diffraction pattern extends beyon d 1.5 Angstrom resolution. (C) 1996 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
