Abstract
Partial congenital absence of the left pericardium is a rare abnormali ty which may provoke serious complications. We report the case of a yo ung adult, suffering from chest pain due to incarceration of atrial ti ssue. Based bn this case report the clinical, pathophysiological and d iagnostic features of this condition are described.
