Abstract
In this paper methods of electrodeposition of metallic multilayers by a program-controlled pulsed current are presented. A method of deposit ing microlayered coatings composed of ultrathin alternating microlayer s of one and the same metal each having different structure, texture a nd phase composition is suggested. Results of the analysis of some phy sical, physico-mechanical and physical-chemical properties of microlay ers are given.
