Abstract
The authors describe a novel current mirror, for low voltage and low f requency application; which uses an OP-Amp with only two MOS transisto rs operating in the weak inversion region. The advantages of the circu it are low voltage operation, small chip area, high output resistance and no bias current (voltage). The proposed circuit is confirmed by SP ICE simulation.
