Abstract
Several applications of electrical impedance tomography (EIT) exist wh ere the electrodes can be placed within the interrogated region. The i mage quality and calculated visibility for various sized conducting an omalies were used as measures of performance for three different elect rode configurations. A novel distributed electrode configuration showe d superior measures of performance.
