Abstract
The molecular and crystal structures of a new bilayer-forming amphiphi lic ligand containing pi-conjugated diazafluorenone Schiff base as the head group, 9-(hexadecyl) imino-4,5-diazafluorene (C27H39N3), were de termined by the X-ray diffraction method.
