Abstract
The authors describe a hybrid method intended for the resolution of th e electromagnetic diffraction of structures of very different sizes. T he problem to be solved is divided into two subdomains: a first domain where a 'rigorous formulation' method analyses the radiation of small elements, and a second domain where an 'asymptotic' method analyses t he diffraction on the edges of large elements.
