Abstract
A new matrix system expansion is developed for the complex variable bo undary element method (or CVBEM). The expansion includes identificatio n of matrix components that contain the entire approximation error due to basis function approximations. Bounds for error are developed by u se of Taylor series expansions of the problem solution from each nodal point used in the model discretization.
