Abstract
Concurrent engineering (CE) and business process re-engineering (BPR) are two of the tools that are used to bring about change, revitalise c ompanies and make them more competitive. When correctly applied, CE an d BPR can be very effective in improving the performance of a company, especially for those aspects that rely on time and responsiveness.
