Abstract
In this paper, we prove the global existence of weak solutions to the boundary value problem of three-dimensional dynamical system for visco elastic materials of single-integral type, without the assumption that the equilibrium elastic tensor is definitely positive, i.e. phase tra nsitions are admitted for the problem.
