Abstract
It is shown that spontaneous CP violation can occur in a two generatio n left-right symmetric horizontal model if there are two Higgs bi-doub lets with the same horizontal hypercharge quantum number. The contribu tions to the K(L)-K(S) mass difference (DELTAm) and CP violating effec ts (epsilon, epsilon'/epsilon, D(n)) to the box and tree level diagram s are discussed to demonstrate that the experimental values of DELTAm and epsilon can be explained with suitable choice of the model paramet ers.
