Abstract
The detection of abnormalities in stochastic textures is a challenging task in comparison to locating faults in replicated texture images. T he authors demonstrate a technique based in the spatial and feature do mains and detect abnormal formulations across the surface of randomly- textured images. The technique is based on colour clustering followed by structural processing with morphological operators.
