REAL-TIME MONITORING FOR THE PHYSICAL DEVELOPING RATE WITH A LINEAR CCD

A novel approach for in-situ monitoring the physical developing proces s with the aid of a linear CCD was established. One-dimensional spatia lly distributed signals could be detected simultaneously by the CCD ba sed upon the reflectance principle. Data collection and subsequent mat hematical treatment were performed by a computer, enabling easy and co nvenient experimentation.
