Abstract
A new strategy to chiral polyfunctionalized furanoids from 2, 3, 4, 7, 8, 9, 11, 12, 14, 15, 17 and 18 from cis orientated epoxypyranosetrif lates 1 and 6 and dianions of beta-dicarbonyl compounds 10, 13 and 16 is described. The control of the substituents in the satellite ring th rough acid catalysis is discussed.
