Results of investigations of photoconductivity kinetics in films of po
ly-N-epoXypropylcarbazole containing molecules of compounds with intra
molecular charge transfer (CICT) at excitation within the range of CIC
T absorption are presented. It was found, that charge carrier transpor
t is controlled by dipole traps. The nature of the traps was identifie
d by studying the influence of the external electric field and the dip
ole moments of the CICT molecules on their activation energy determine
d by a thermoluminescence technique.
