Abstract
We present magnetic force microscopy imaging of an Au(40 nm)/Co(0.8 nm )/Au(8 nm) sandwich a with strong perpendicular anisotropy which shows stripe features mixed with bubble-like structures in the mu m range. In addition, interior bubble domain structures, 50 nm in size, appear regularly dispersed.
