Abstract
This Note is concerned with a duality result for the sum of two convex functions which are not necessarily lower semicontinuous. It deals al so with the duality and subdifferentiability for composite convex func tions. Our approach is based on the use of the concepts of quasicontin uous and united functions in the sense of Joly and Laurent.
