Abstract
We develop the model of the short-range-order state for itinerant anti ferromagnets with spin-density wave (SDW). The electronic spectrum, SD W amplitude and dynamical susceptibility are calculated. The existence of a fully diffusive magnetic mode at small wave vectors is predicted .
