GENERAL STRATEGIES FOR TOTAL-LINESHAPE-TYPE SPECTRAL-ANALYSIS OF NMR-SPECTRA USING INTEGRAL-TRANSFORM ITERATOR

Strategies for spectral analysis of high-resolution NMR spectra have b een examined, In this report, a fast algorithm based on the use of int egral transforms is also described. The method was developed and tuned with a special emphasis on analysis of complex high-resolution spectr a containing much coupling information. The principles of the integral transform method are illustrated, and two examples, the spectral anal yses of the AA'BB'XX' spin system of 1,2-difluorobenzene and the ABCDE FXY system of exo-2-syn-7-norborn-5-enediol, are discussed in detail.
