Abstract
Picosecond pumping resulted in efficient Raman parametric oscillation in the NaLa(MoO4)(2) with two Raman-active vibrational modes v(R) = 32 0 and 888 cm(-1). All Stokes and anti-Stokes Raman components were ide ntified for different orientations of the crystal and different po-lar isations of the excitation. For the first time, infrared pump radiatio n lambda(p) = 1.06415 mu m was converted to the visible range (lambda( as81) = 0.6058 mu m) in a Raman-active dielectric crystal (v(R1) = 888 cm(-1)).
