Abstract
Detailed analysis and simulation results of a novel solar photovoltaic inverter configuration interconnected to the grid are presented. From the simulation results it is confirmed that the harmonic distortion o f the output current waveform of the inverter fed to the grid is withi n the stipulated limits laid down by the utility companies. Typical ha rdware aspects are also discussed in detail and the applicability of t he design is verified.
