Abstract
A female patient with malignant hyperthermia experiencing arrhythmias, temperature elevation, and muscle spasm is described, Diagnosis was c onfirmed by muscle biopsy, Complications can be prevented with early i dentification and treatment with dantrolene. Elective surgery can be m anaged safely with careful team planning.
