Abstract
Sarcoidosis is a rare indication for lung transplantation. In this art icle, our experiences with recurring sarcoidosis following lung transp lantation are described. Literature concerning recurrence of the disea se in kidney, liver, heart, and lung and transmission of sarcoidosis v ia transplanted organs are discussed.
