Abstract
Over the past decade, there has been a remarkable increase in awarenes s of the role surgery may play in the management of the patient with m edically intractable epilepsy. This article explores the role of emerg ing interactive image-guided techniques in noninvasive and invasive pr eoperative seizure evaluation and the planning and execution of surgic al treatments.
