Abstract
A self complementary oligodeoxynucleotide duplex containing 6-thio-2'- deoxyinosine and 4-thio-2'-deoxythymidine undergoes cross-linking to f orm interstrand disulfide bridges under aerobic conditions; the reacti on is reversed by dithiothreitol.
