Abstract
This case demonstrates the successful use of the combination of a 'sta ndard' neuroleptic flupenthixol (in depot form) with an atypical antip sychotic, risperidone, in the management of a mentally disordered offe nder with neuroleptic-refractory (treatment-resistant) schizophrenia.
