Abstract
Hydrolysis of the aggregated p-nitrophenyl hexadecanoate (C-16-Ag) in the presence of the deaggregator (deAgr), 13,17-dioxa-15-nonacosanyl b eta-maltoside (M-2-12) has been investigated at five temperatures in 4 0:60 v/v (phi=0.40) and 45:55 v/v (phi=0.45) dioxan-H2O mixtures. It h as been found that the deaggregating ability of M-2-12 decreases as th e phi value or the temperature increases.
