Abstract
A patient developed episcleral and conjunctival venous congestion, inc reased intraocular pressure, restriction of ocular motility, and exoph thalmos from an intraosseous cavernous hemangioma in the sphenoid sinu s. This is a rare condition which may be easily misdiagnosed as an orb ital arteriovenous shunt.
