Abstract
An essential and critical step in procuring more successful and predic table rhinoplasty results is an understanding of the dynamics of this procedure; that is, knowing what part of the nasal frame controls each zone of the nose. Ln this a rticle, these points and the different ways in which the intended goal s can be obtained are reviewed. Finally, the nuances that may be obser ved on the ultimate result using seemingly equal techniques are apprai sed.
