Data are presented on Ni self diffusion in nanocrystalline Ni (293-473
K, tracers method) and Au heterodiffusion in the same Ni (448K, Ruthe
rford back scattering). Interface diffusion parameters were calculated
on the assumption that regime C is obtained at T less than or equal t
o 423K and regime B at T greater than or equal to 448K. The results ar
e discussed within the limits of the proposed cluster diffusion model.
