Abstract
The synthesis of an allylic linker is presented to which primary and s econdary amino groups can be anchored on solid phase. By acylating MBH A resin with allyl linker HO-CH2-CH=CH-CH2-O-CH2-COOH followed by trea tment with 4-nitrophenyl chloroformate a mixed carbonate linker is obt ained to which amino groups can be attached, The allyl carbamate linka ge is stable to both bases and anhydrous acids and can be cleaved by p alladium-catalysed allyl transfer under mild reaction conditions.
