Abstract
The cytogenetic effects of the two non-viral nucleic acids (yeast RNA and calf thymus DNA) were assessed using the analysis of meiotic sperm atocyte chromosomes in mice. The results indicate that yeast RNA and c alf thymus DNA did not induce significant percentage of chromosome abe rrations at the test doses of 4 ug and 20 ugs/kg body weight.
