Abstract
Magnetic particles are produced by decomposition of FeCO5 vapor and cl assified according to their size, to enable on-line measurement of the magnetic moment. In addition the chemical nanostructure is determined under a scanning transmission electron microscope (STEM) using electr on scattering and electron energy loss spectroscopy (EELS).
