For the amorphous state of the nanocrystallizing alloys Fe73.5Cu1Nb3Si
22-xBx the structural and magnetic contributions to the electrical res
istivity were separated in the ferro- and paramagnetic intervals. The
Curie temperature of amorphous alloys is close to 645 K and is only we
akly affected by boron content. The anomalous resistivity behavior dur
ing first crystallization stage was discussed assuming conduction elec
tron scattering on the grain boundaries. Crystallization rates for the
first and second crystallization stages were determined.
