Abstract
The problem of minimal modifications to be imposed on a nontransitive preference relation, to delete inconsistencies, is considered. This ca n be understood as a dual case of the problem of sensitivity analysis of transitive preference relations. Detailed considerations formalizin g the problem and some results are presented.
