Abstract
In a previous article published in this journal, I mentioned Jean Star obinski's suggestion regarding the use of psychiatry and psychoanalysi s as hermeneutic resources in the area of literary critique. In this w ork, which is the continuation of the previous one, I want to show how Starobinski analyses the relation between Freud's autoanalysis, the c onstruction of the psychoanalitic theory and some literary characters such as Edipus and Hamlet. The analysis of Freud's works bt Starobinsk i shows that the paradigms he used to build the psychoanalysis are ess entially literary. Therefore, literary works may function as moulds or guides in the reconstructions process of psychism in psychotherapy an d literature may be used as a therapeutic resource.
